Made from a blend of honeycrisp, sweet sixteen, macoun, and empire apples from local Lehman’s Orchard. Fresh aromas of cider and pear. Crisp and lighter bodied with a slightly sweet finish. Great with everything from a Waldorf Salad to Roast Turkey.

This slightly sweet Cabernet Franc packs loads of black brambleberries and chocolate mousse aromas in the nose. The sweetness is balanced with acid and tannins. This is a great brunch wine. Try with a buffet of Gravlox, Serrano Ham, grilled figs and prosciutto, gorgonzola, and spinach with warm pancetta vinaigrette. You get the picture…salty or salt cured treats. 2.25% RS.
