Green apple, white floral and honeysuckle in the nose leads to flavors of passion fruit, green citrus, white tea, and pear. The ripe fruit of the 2012 harvest is evident. Serve with seared Hamachi (or Mahi Mahi) with carrot salad and yuzu dressing.

2013 Zero Oak Chardonnay – Sold Out!
This Chardonnay was fermented solely in stainless steel tanks. Aromas of pineapple and honeydew melon. The palate is balanced due to malolactic fermentation, and reveals notes of tropical fruit. The lingering finish draws out a golden delicious apple finish. A very versatile wine that pairs well with everything from eggs fritatta, to guacamole and chips, to a shrimp scampi dressed with lemon.
