A very charming wine with good weight and backbone.  Ripe pineapple, melon and honeysuckle are the primary aromatics.  Typical Lake MI Shore AVA characteristics of minerals and lime zest with an austere finish.  Roll Chèvre in paper thin slices of ham, then grill.  Serve on a bed of sauteed ramps and morels.
